The ticket after 18h includes the use of the water slides, the sauna world and the adventure elements, as well as the all-day ticket.
We would like to inform you that due to technical reasons, the TOURISM TICKET will no longer be available in our Spas from 29.01.2025!

INFORMATIONS REGARDING THE WRISTWATCH
- Along the tickets purchased upon arrival (with either cash or a credit card) in the box office of the Cascade Cave and Adventure Spa, all of our guests receive a waterproof chip card wristwatch.
- Deposit for the watches is 1000 HUF per person payable exclusively in cash.
- In case of loss, guests are obliged to compensate for the damage, which will be deducted from their deposit.
- When leaving, the watch should be delivered to the cashier, and the deposit is returned to the guest.
- The wristwatch may be used by customers with other services (e.g. catering). The cashier can transfer the amount specified (payable in cash) to the chip and guests can then use their wristwatch in the Market Restaurant and café, the Water Bar and Bambu Bar to pay for services.

High season and holidays
ARRIVAL, DEPARTURE
The rooms are at your disposal from 3 pm on the day of arrival, until 11 am on the day of departure. Early arrival and late departure options can be offered depending on the Hotel’s occupancy, regarding which our guests can inquire 2 days in advance.
If hotel guests have not assured their reservation through an advance payment, we uphold services until 6 pm the same day, after that, the rooms are offered for sale again.
ADVANCE PAYMENT OBLIGATION
Package prices are to be paid 50% in advance within 3 business days after the reservation, onto our bank account. The remainder is to be paid on site once arrived.
CANCELLATION AND ALTERATION TERMS
Cancellation is free of charge up to 5 days before the arrival, between 4 -2 days, 50% of the package price is to be paid, while in case of cancellation within 48 hours or an early departure, 100% of the package price is to be paid. If hotel guests have not assured their reservation through an advance payment, we uphold services until 6 pm the same day, after that, the rooms are offered for sale again.
PET GUESTS
We can accept pet guests only after prior consultation and a cost of 10.000 HUF per night.

EXCLUSIVE CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Our colleague greets our guests in the garage, then discreetly escorts them to their rooms, where you can check in to our hotel undisturbed. On departure day, guests can check out in the comfort of their own suite and have the opportunity to settle the account. The service includes a one day garage use.
