Introduction of flexible work organisation at Demjén Thermal Bath Ltd
Through the GINOP-5.3.2-16 project, the company aims to introduce new flexible forms of employment by involving the employees, which on the one hand better adapt to the individual life situation and personal preferences of the employees, thus increasing employee engagement; on the other hand, it creates the opportunity for the company to meet the market needs more flexibly and efficiently.
The restructuring plan proposes the restructuring of 14 jobs and a total of 17 workplaces, to which the following project activities/procurement will contribute (describing their links to flexible work organisation).
